A compatible scanner (purchased separately) is required.

Only scanners purchased through us can be configured, supported, and used with SwatchDog.

A user-supplied mobile iOS device is also required. Modern iPads and iPhones supported with Apple iOS updates are compatible. 

One annual subscription covers a single user/device/location. Use beyond this limit is not covered and will result in additional charges or a change to service. If additional users/devices/locations require the service, increase the subscription quantity accordingly.
